Wine Pairings & Beer FOOD

Interstellar Rodeo strives to put both artist and audience first, and to ensure that everyone through the gates gets a VIP experience. What also sets the festivals apart is the fully licensed grounds, Hawrelak Park in Edmonton, which allow audiences to enjoy featured wines among friends and family, from the comfort of their seated or standing areas. Interstellar Rodeo rounds out the ‘curated top-to-bottom’ approach with fine local food trucks.

Just as each artist tells a story with their music and lyrics, each wine conveys a story of its origins, roots and inspirations.  The concept of pairing wines with the musical artists performing at Interstellar Rodeo was originated by wine writer, internationally recognized wine personality and music lover Gurvinder Bhatia. As he has done each year since the festival’s inception, Gurvinder will once again be pairing exceptional wines with the amazing lineup of artists appearing this year.
